Skate Sharpening

Drop in for sharpening on a first come first serve basis, mold your skates, repair rivets, replace holders – no appointment necessary.

Offering Traditional & Flat Bottom V

Traditional sharpening uses a grinding stone to create a groove or hollow between the edges of the blade. The depth of this hollow determines the performance of the skate and is a matter of individual preference.
Simply put, the deeper the hollow, the more the blade digs into the ice. This creates “bite” but the trade off is that it decreases the ease of your glide. So you basically have to choose between gliding speed and grip.

Two words, grip and glide. Finding the perfect balance between the two is essential. You need to be able to reach top speed – and you need to trust your edges. Sharpening is our bread and butter. We’ll take the guesswork out of it.

Custom Insoles

If you prefer ground over ice, we’ve got you covered there too.

The key to more comfort, fewer injuries, and higher power output comes from a combination of the proper shoes and footbeds. Created in 30-minutes or less, our staff can help create a ready-to-use custom footbed that is specifically molded to the contours of your foot.

Can be used with skates, cleats, cycling shoes, workwear boots etc.

Rivet Repairs

Sometimes it’s not the blade of the skate that needs repairing, but the rivet. These small metal pins hold the skate blade onto the skate boot. Over time, they can loosen or even rust or corrode when not taken care of. Replacing them can be a cost effective solution over buying new skates, so if you want to hold onto your favorite pair of skates a little longer, consider having the rivets replaced first.
