SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery and Shipping Costs
Orders placed on Evolve Sport & Cycle are shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday) following the completion of a purchase. Just like you, we love sports so we understand how excited you are to receive your order as soon as possible. Although we will make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner, the delivery of your order may be delayed due to weather conditions or reasons outside of our control. We appreciate your patience.
We ship with Canada Post.
What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping is free for all orders of $99 or more (before applicable taxes). Please note that oversized products incur a $10 shipping surcharge. The surcharge is in addition to the cost of shipping, oversized items are indicated as such on their product page.
Customers can select Standard or Priority Shipping at any time during the check-out process prior to confirming their final order. Once the order is confirmed, shipping options cannot be changed. The customer is solely responsible for Express/Expedited/Priority Shipping costs.
-Standard Shipping delays will vary between 2 to 7 days depending on location.
-Evolve Sport & Cycle cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are shipped from Prince George, BC or Quesnel, BC Canada.
What are your shipping times?
Delivery time of a purchased item depends on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected during checkout. Orders are shipped during business days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays). All in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days following credit card authorization and verification.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent by email once your order has been shipped. Once you receive your tracking number, you will be able to follow your package from our store to your home on the Canada Post website. Please allow up to 24 hours following the reception of your tracking number for a first update.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to British Columbia, Canada.
Online Return Policy
To assure you are fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Evolve Sport & Cycle, you may return an item within 30 days following the reception of your order for a full refund.
To initiate a return, you must contact Customer Care 250-564-6002 or by email. A Customer Care representative will initiate your return, supply you with Return Authorization (RA) number. This number will be emailed to you with detailed instructions on returning your item(s).
Return Instructions

- To ensure a refund, the item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, unused and unworn, in its original packaging and with any paperwork, parts and/or accessories it came with to ensure a refund (a product considered in perfect condition will have all its labels and tags still attached to the item).
- Ensure the Return Authorization (RA) number you received via email is enclosed with the item(s) being returned. Returns sent without a Return Authorization (RA) number will delay processing of your return.
- Remove all extra labels from the outside of the box.
- Send the return package to the address indicated on the email you received from the Customer Care Team.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
We recommend that you use an insured and traceable shipping method for your return package and that you keep the return tracking number for your records. We will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return packages.
All items must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of the order date . The postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date.
You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned item(s).
Return Exceptions
Our Online Return Policy does not apply to all items.
Certain products are exempt to our Online Return Policy. Exemptions are as follows:
Base Layers, Undergarment, Jock Straps and Mouth Guards – For hygienic reasons, all base layers, undergarments, jock straps and mouth guards are final sale and are not eligible for a return.
Skate Modifications – Sharpened and/or custom molded skates are not eligible for a return. Do not sharpen or mold your skates until you are certain your purchase is final.
Stick Modifications – Hockey Sticks – Returns are not accepted for taped or cut-down (sized) hockey sticks.
Defective Item
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact Customer Care at 1-250-564-6002 or by email . You must contact Customer Care before attempting to return the defective item to avoid any associated shipping fees. Failure to contact Customer Care prior to shipping the item to be returned, will result in the sender being responsible for all return shipping charges.
Please prepare a detailed description and provide supporting photographs of the damage or defect before contacting Customer Care to help describe the issue.
Wrong Item, Colour or Size
Should Evolve Sport & Cycle ship you an incorrect item, please contact Customer Care at 1-250-564-6002 or by email . You must contact Customer Care before attempting to return the item to avoid any associated shipping fees. Failure to contact Customer Care prior to shipping the item to be returned, will result in the sender being responsible for all return shipping charges.
Exchanging an Item
Please note, no exchanges are accepted, products must be returned for a refund only if deemed unsatisfactory and a new replacement order must be placed. If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the item by following our Return Instructions and order a new item at evolvesportandcycle.com.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
The vast majority of products sold on evolvesportandcycle.com are covered by the manufacturer’s product warranty.
Not all manufacturers handle warranty replacements the same way.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact the manufacturer directly within the product’s given warranty period.
HOCKEY STICK WARRANTY
Should a composite hockey stick or blade brake due to a manufacturing defect, within 30 days of purchase, it may be eligible for replacement.
Please initiate a warranty claim by directly contacting the manufacturer’s warranty department. Proof of purchase is required.
